Ash Wednesday Worship Service -March 2, 2022

Today is Ash Wednesday which marks the beginning of the season of Lent. We will be holding an in-person Ash Wednesday worship service tonight at 7:30 at FPC, Stirling that will include the imposition of ashes. We will still be wearing our masks! For those who cannot join us tonight, below is the link to our online version of the service.
And many thanks to all those who sent “The Lord Is in This Place” pictures which will be displayed during the last hymn in both the online and in-person services.

Transfiguration Sunday Worship Service -February 27, 2022

Here is the link to the Sunday Worship Servicee, February 27, 2022. 
Join us for our in-person worship service in our sanctuary at 10.00 am. We hope to continue to worship in person on all the Sundays in February.  We will be wearing our masks and social distancing. 

Our special mission for the month of February is Family Promise. This is a mission we have been involved with for many years, especially our deacons. It is a ministry that helps to support homeless families and now, because of covid restrictions, our way of serving is to gather funds for our Deacons Fund so that grocery gift cards can be purchased for the families now living in a motel. The families can then buy the groceries they need. If you would like to particitpate, please send your check to the church and write in the  memo line "Deacons Fund" or "Mission".

The roads seem to be getting cleared of snow; the church parking lot is plowed and salted; and the covid numbers are down a bit and so tomorrow we will be worshiping together in-person at First Presbyterian Church, Stirling at 10 am. We will be wearing our masks and social distancing.
