2021 05 16 All or Nothing

Our May special mission is our own Deacons Fund. This fund is used for our church's Deacons ministry which includes paying for the food supplies used to prepare dinner at the Family Promise meals at Trinity House in Stirling, communion supplies, and the occasional financial support of church members in need. This fund has, in the past, been supported through a special envelope in our offering envelope boxes but as use of these envelopes as a means of contriubuting has dwindled, that Deacons Fund support has been forgotton. So, in this month of May, our special mission dollars will go toward replenishing our Deacons Fund so money is available when needed.

Here is the link to our May Vespers: We love our favorite hymns for many reasons, but perhaps we love them most of all because of all that they remind us of. They remind us of special times in worship, of the people who loved us who hummed or sang them, and they remind us of God’s never-ending love for us. These vesper hymns are the favorites of long-time church member, Peg.
